How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Louisiana, USA.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship throughout the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
What if my package is delayed or A|Z Bars is not responsible for carrier delays. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist.
Returns & Refunds FAQ
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will gladly resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit, when applicable.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly and cannot be changed or canceled once production or shipping has begun. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not offered. Approved issues will be handled through replacement or store credit only.
What about custom or bulk orders?
All custom and bulk orders are final sale and non-refundable. A deposit may be required before production begins.
What are A|Z Bars?
A|Z Bars are handcrafted, small-batch soaps and skincare products made with natural, organic ingredients. Every product is thoughtfully created to nourish the skin while remaining gentle on the environment.
2. Are your products natural and organic?
Yes. We use plant-based oils, butters, clays, botanicals, and essential oils. Our products are free from harsh chemicals, parabens, and synthetic dyes.
3. Are A|Z Bars safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are designed to be gentle and nourishing, especially for dry and sensitive skin. However, because everyone’s skin is different, we recommend patch testing before full use.
4. Do you use fragrance oils or essential oils?
We primarily use pure essential oils for scent. Some products are unscented or lightly scented for sensitive skin types.

Yes. A|Z Bars products are cruelty-free and made without animal testing. Most products are vegan, and any exceptions will always be clearly labeled.
6. How long do your soaps last?
With proper care, our soaps can last 4–6 weeks or longer. To extend the life of your bar, keep it on a well-draining soap dish between uses.
